1. Controller and contact

2. Enquiries and travel planning

For contact, travel-planning and appointment enquiries, I process the information you enter. This includes name, email, destination, dates, number of travellers and budget. Route, preferred appointment and message are also processed.

I use these details to respond, prepare quotations, arrange appointments and plan your requested trip. Please send no identity-document copies, card details or medical records through open forms.

3. Technical transmission and email

I host this website through OpenAI Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. IP addresses, request times, visited addresses and browser information may be processed. This supports delivery, security and troubleshooting.

Forms are transmitted by email through Google Apps Script. Google’s translation service may translate foreign-language free text into German; the original is retained. Business emails are processed through Hostpoint and Google mail services.

4. External images and fonts

I load some images from Unsplash and use Google Fonts for typefaces. When requested, these providers receive technically necessary connection data. This includes IP addresses and request information.

4.1 Google Ads measurement

With your consent, I use Google Ads for measurement. This links advertising clicks to successfully submitted travel enquiries. Cookies and technical data may be transmitted to Google.

This includes IP addresses, device information and advertising click identifiers. I send no enquiry content, name or email to Google Ads for this measurement. Without consent, I do not load measurement; personalised advertising remains disabled.

Your choice stays in your browser for up to 180 days. You can change or withdraw it anytime through Privacy settings.

5. Bookings and recipients

For your requested booking, I may share necessary information with participating providers. These include airlines, hotels, transfer, activity, booking or payment providers. I explain the participants and additional data needed during the specific booking process.

Your enquiry data is not intended for other companies’ advertising.

6. Processing abroad

The named technical services may process data outside Switzerland, particularly in the United States. Bookings may also involve recipients in your destination country. Swiss privacy-law requirements govern these transfers.

These require adequate protection, appropriate safeguards or a statutory exception. Before each booking-related disclosure, I explain your recipients, recipient countries and transfer grounds.

7. Retention and your rights

I retain enquiry and contract data only as long as needed. Processing, contractual claims and statutory retention duties determine that period. Under applicable law, you can request access, correction, deletion or delivery of your data.

You can withdraw consent for the future. Legal retention duties may prevent immediate deletion. Contact: info@jairotravel.ch.

8. My handling and updates

I handle enquiries and quotations myself. Booking decisions are not made solely by automated means. I update this policy when the services used or data processing change.
